Warrane worked with Hotel Steyne, Manly from 2010 – 2014, undertaking a number of major refurbishment projects. The Hotel Steyne is one of Manly’s oldest buildings and is a registered heritage building.  During this period or refurbishment, Warrane restored 24 rooms within the hotel, one café, two restaurants, one gaming room and six bars.

This project tripled patronage and added three times value to the hotel asset over a period of four years.

Today, the Steyne has an impressive seven bars and full accommodation facilities and prides itself on being a classic iconic Sydney pub that will never go out of style.
