MASTERPLAN DESIGN CONCEPT
Warrane collaboratively delivered a Concept Masterplan for the reimagining of Palo Alto Hills Golf & Country Club, earning overwhelming member support with 82% voting in favour. The plan redefines the clubhouse experience, balancing tradition with modern comfort through thoughtful spatial planning and elevated hospitality design.
Newtown Hotel
DESIGN & CONSTRUCT
The Newtown Hotel has recently completed Stage 1 of its Design & Construct transformation, delivering a multi-level hospitality upgrade designed to increase capacity, improve flow, and elevate the guest experience—without losing its soul. This wasn’t a cosmetic refresh; it was a strategic rethink of how the venue functions, ensuring every design decision enhances trade, dwell time, and overall atmosphere.
Teddy's, Enmore
DESIGN & CONSTRUCT
Warrane are thrilled to have designed and built Teddy’s, the new bar nestled within the heart of the Warren View Hotel in Enmore. Forging an even stronger partnership with the dedicated bar owners, Tanya and Theo, we are proud to deliver an exciting new bar experience for the people of Enmore.
Nozawa Onsen Distillery
MASTERPLAN
Located in the central region of Japan, Nozawa Onsen is a hot spring and ski resort village near Nagano. A vision was brought to the tables of Warrane to transform an old cannery business into a Japanese spirit distillery that would not only be a functional production house, yet an onsite experience for those visiting the famous ski village.
