The Quarryman’s Hotel in Pyrmont features a three-level trading footprint and extensive outdoor areas, including a roof-top beer garden activation with CBD and skyline views.
Warrane were engaged to work on the front bar and expand the original ground floor fit-out works to all three floors of the Quarryman’s hotel.
Creative elements transformed a tired hotel into a popular craft beer destination venue for a modern and multi purpose demographic. Blacksmiths were used to clad the back portion of the front bar and 100-year-old recycled timbers from the finger wharf were milled on site to create the finished bar top.
