Warrane is currently leading the pre-Development Application (pre-DA) phase for the masterplan of the Federal Hotel in Alstonville, a landmark regional pub with deep community ties and heritage value.
The project aims to revitalise and expand the venue into a dynamic, multi-purpose hospitality destination while preserving and enhancing its historic character through a considered scope of heritage works. The proposed masterplan includes a reimagined beer garden, a dedicated live music area, a new outdoor atrium, upgraded amenities, an expanded kitchen, a refreshed gaming room, and a modernised bottle shop.
Working closely with the client and a team of consultants, Warrane is driving concept design, feasibility, and planning coordination to ensure the development is both commercially viable and community-aligned.
Our early involvement ensures buildability, operational flow, and long-term flexibility are embedded from the outset, setting a strong foundation for the next phase of design and construction.
