Warrane tendered and were awarded the design of the Links in 2018. After 12 months of intensive design concepts and visualisations, the plans were finalised and submitted to Shellharbour city council for approval which opened up the formal tender process. As Warrane completed the design, we were able to provide valuable engineering solutions to allow the job to meet the Links budget without compromising any design elements.
Warrane were engaged to deliver a complete refurbishment to the existing tavern including a new 300 seat food and beverage area. Drawing on iconic Australian design elements, the construction will also capture a magnificent view, allowing members and guests to come to the Links for a game of golf, a meal, or a special event like a wedding.
The renovated premises will be a true community hub for the people of Shell Cove.
