Warrane were engaged to deliver an intensive refurbishment to the Warren View Hotel, located in the heart of Enmore. The project initiated with the team designing a new acoustic friendly beer garden. Whilst working with council on implementing the desired enhancements, the design changes allowed the hotel to be granted temporary extended trading hours due to the optimisation of the acoustic atmosphere.
Through careful planning, the refurbishments were implemented in planned stages to allow the hotel to remain open for business throughout the entire project.
The next phases of the redevelopment included the installation of a new commercial kitchen and relocating the bathrooms to an under-utilised location of the hotel. The relocation of the bathrooms opened up the area to create a new dining area which seamlessly leads people to the bar and into the newly refurbished beer garden. The beer garden has a designated smoking area, a large TV screen for sports and is large enough to support live entertainment.
The refurbishment of the Warren View Hotel also included the procurement and installation of over $250,000 in joinery and custom furniture, a new office area, storage and loading dock area.
The completed construction totalled 20 weeks with the hotel remaining open for business throughout the operation.
